But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, – 1 Peter 3:15 (NIV)
Life is crazy. It’s chaotic. From social distancing to school cancelations, there’s no doubt things are far from normal.
Today’s Truth: We Have Hope.
As Christians, we have hope in the middle of the storm we’re going through right now. That hope is in Jesus. That means we don’t have to respond the same way the world does.
We can put our hope and trust in Jesus. Instead of fear, we have hope. In this season, we can use that hope to help encourage others.
Be on the lookout for ways to encourage others. Maybe you can put a funny video on TikTok to make someone laugh. Perhaps you can write a note and send it to a friend with a scripture on it and tell them you’re thinking of them.
Ask God to show you how you can bless others and share the hope you have in Jesus. People all around you are hungry to know Him. Don’t be afraid to bless, encourage and share your hope in Jesus with others during this season.
God wants to use you to reach others for Him. Be bold, be brave and step out and do what God is calling you to do!
