Lots of times, we lean on ourselves for things. We might not have had the best parents or upbringing and it can cause us to doubt God’s love and ability to help in our lives. When people have let us down, it can be easy to not want to trust God for things.
Today’s Bible verse really comes down to trust. It’s a challenge to put your trust in God. Rather than relying solely on yourself for everything, it asks you to trust God. Trust doesn’t always come easily, however. It can be really hard to trust something as big as your future and plans to God.
That’s what this verse is telling us to do. It’s saying to trust God with your plans, trust Him with your efforts. You can trust God with these things because He’s good. He isn’t going to let you down as people may have in your life. He’s going to always be there to walk you through the challenges that life brings. So decide today to trust in God for your future. Trust in Him and watch your plans succeed!
