- Realize Fear is a choice – Becoming afraid of something is a choice. It might not feel like it, but you ultimately choose if you’re going to be afraid or not.
- Combat fear by bouncing changing your thoughts.
“Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” – Phil 4:8 (NLT)
- Believe that God cares about you.
“Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10 (NLT)
You can win the battle of fear in your life. You’ve just got to choose to shut out thoughts that aren’t from God and allow yourself to believe how much God cares for you.
